Rating:
This was the most disappointing meal ever. The standard of the meal was very mediocre. The service was poor and the staff were rude. I have never ever experienced such behaviour or poor attitudes like this.
The staff didn't seem inclined to bother too much about anything.
The starter was far too small, the main - beef on the bone - was mostly fat, veggies and potato was soggy. We had a pleasant time in spite of the staff, as we were out to enjoy ourselves in festive mood.
None of the party will revisit a nice looking pub whose staff need a change of attitude and a bit of training for good customer relations.

Waited for too long. Set meal as well. Bought-in, poor, not fresh. Probably not enough microwaves. Visited on 24th, Christmas Eve. Waiting for change again.

My mum and dad had a meal there Saturday with their granddaughter and her boyfriend. They were disappointed, as the meal wasn't up to usual standards.

A lovely birthday meal for 8 people on Sunday night 4th December. Food excellent, and service very good and attentive.

Staff lovely. Food came out quickly. We ordered hunters chicken and it came with no bacon although it clearly stated it was supposed to come with bacon on the menu, so a little disappointed. Food was lovely nevertheless.
I would have given it 5 stars if the food was as it stated on the menu.
